Waikato University Campus Creche & Fairfield Kindergarten

Dear Parents/Caregivers,

The Pasifika Group has been invited to perform at Waikato University Campus Creche & Fairfield Kindergarten on 24 November 2014.

We would really appreciate your support in making this trip possible by providing transport from Woodstock School to both Waikato University Campus Creche and Fairfield Kindergarten.  We need to ensure the safest possible conditions for students and helpers being transported in private cars/vans so it is necessary for drivers of vehicles to ensure they have the following:

1.    A current full driver’s license;

2.    Their vehicle has a current warrant of fitness and registration;

3.    Their vehicle is fitted with enough seat belts for every passenger;

Students will meet in Room 21 at 9.00am to do roll call and change into costumes.  We will depart from Woodstock School at 9.40am to travel to Waikato University Campus Crèche ready to perform by 10.00am.  From there we will depart approximately 10.45am for Fairfield Kindergarten ready to perform as soon as we arrive.  We endeavour to be back at Woodstock School approximately 12.15pm.

Please fill out the permission slip below and return to school office by Friday 21 November 2014 .
