Book Fair
October 2013
We are
holding our annual Scholastic Book Fair during Week 5 of this term. It is to be held in Room 21 (the resource
room at the end of the A block corridor).
There
will be a wonderful variety of books and other products available. All Book Fair purchases benefit Woodstock School and our library, with twenty
percent of all sales being donated to the school.
You are
invited to view and purchase your books at the following times:
For
your convenience, EFTPOS facilities will be available. Sorry no credit cards or cheques.
(Please note that school bags need to be left outside under the covered walk way.)
To
celebrate our Book Fair Week, the school is holding a Book Character Day on
Friday 15th November. The
children are asked to come to school dressed as a character, from any book written
by a New Zealand author.
Everyone
who purchases a book during the event, will go into the draw to win one of many
lovely prizes (books kindly donated from Scholastic).
The
Book Fair creates an enjoyable opportunity for your whole family to get excited
about books, reading and learning. We
look forward to your support of this event and our school library.
